Wonderful place, comfortable beds, very very helpful staff. Impeccably clean and cosy room with splendid views of the mountains. Nice, perfect location reasonably close to the town centre. Also - not far from the mountains, a taxi using the numbers provided and the cable car to the main ski area Ax les 3 Domaines.

The hotel has a quiet location convenient to access the ski area. And it's nestled in a lovely building close to the centre of Ax, the ski slopes and the town station. The units are outstanding, lovely for comfortable seating.

The hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, being close to the Ax-Bonascre cable car and a short walk to the town centre. The staff provide excellent service, and the rooms offer nice views with all necessary amenities, including electrical appliances and comfortable seating. The breakfast is also a highlight, with a variety of options available.

It offered good value for money, a convenient location for exploring the mountains and nearby attractions plus plenty of parking. Swimming pool looked lovely, although it was closed for the winter. Easy walking distance to Ax Les Thermes for restaurants etc.

Very compact studio apartment and had to drag big bags up lots of steps to get to room. Also thought the surcharge for cleaning the room was a bit high at eur25 when it was just for two people/two nights.

Really enjoyed the location to Tele-cabin stations. The staff were friendly and the facilities were perfect.

We had a great stay at a budget-friendly place in a beautiful village surrounded by mountains. The self-catering apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff at reception were friendly and accommodating. The balcony offered stunning views. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and affordable stay.

Modern, functional, clean and comfortable apartments. Fabulous views. Skiing is almost a rival for the Alps, but cheaper and less commercialised.

Bed was a bit short, I am not tall, but my feet stuck off the end. There is a lack of parking. Spaces had snow piled on them, meaning there were no spaces after 4.30 pm. This is a real pain, having to stick your car on the side of a lane.

Small but well well laid out. The bunks were near the front door with no wall between them and the front door and bathroom and toilet. Not a problem for us once the children were asleep.

The accommodation was very clean and spacious, perfect for a family Christmas getaway. The location was ideal, with easy access to the town center and close proximity to popular attractions. We enjoyed the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen in our unit, which made it easy to cook our own meals. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area.

The additional cost of bed linen and towels which was unexpected, and ended up adding to the cost of our stay. the walls were not well soundproofed, which made it easy to hear noises from the adjacent rooms.

Partly because the hotel is clearly new, the rooms were very clean and tidy. The layout of the rooms was good and it is convenient to have a kitchen.

No problems with the hotel, but we were very disappointed with the town of Ax - it was not what we were expecting.
